Emails to your sales inbox, your website form and WhatsApp messages become enquiries on their own. AI reads each one, fills in travel dates, travellers and destinations, sets newsletters and supplier mail aside, and hands it to the next salesperson in turn with a task to reply.
Split a trip into legs and nights, pick a hotel per leg for each package option, add transfers, ferries and joint tours, and set a markup per option. Start from a package template, then send it with the itinerary as an editable Word file on your letterhead.
A confirmed quote becomes a booking with one line per hotel, transfer and tour. Track confirmations line by line, see who goes where on the trip board and movement chart, and send white-label vouchers the agent can forward.
Each booking raises a draft customer invoice and supplier bills in ERPNext for your accountant to check. Receivables and payables ageing, profit and loss, margin by week, and exchange rates for quotes in any currency.

A template is a quote without dates: the legs and nights, a hotel per leg for each package option, transport and tickets on their day, the day-wise itinerary and each option’s markup. Pick a travel date and the party, and the quote is priced from your current contracts.
Send quotes and confirmations from WhatsApp with the message already written, from your own phone. Or connect one number through the open-source Evolution API: Tandem then messages agents itself when a quote is emailed or a booking confirmed, and turns incoming messages into enquiries.
Quotes go out with a day-wise itinerary as an editable Word file, on your letterhead or white-label. Confirmed bookings produce a voucher per hotel, transfer and tour that the agent forwards to the traveller under their own name.
